Loretta’s grandmother’s name is Lizzie Carlisle Harris. Loretta’s mother’s name is Lorine Harris Lynch. Here is her grandmother’s death certificate. AG Loretta Lynch told Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) under oath that she only uses official email in November 2016 — after these above emails were sent.

The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (The McCarran-Walter Act)

Economic factors were relatively unimportant in the debate over the new immigration provisions. Islam, by law, is prohibited from US immigration, The Immigration and Nationality Act passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality for the United States.

That act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding the immigration of Aliens to the US and remains in effect today. Among the many issues it covers, one in particular, found in Chapter 2 Section 212, is the prohibition of entry to the US if the Alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by “force, violence, or other unconstitutional means.”

Manchin says he won’t take a position in the Trump administration

Joseph "Joe" Manchin III is the senior United States Senator from West Virginia. ManchinWest Virginia Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin says he had a very productive and informative meeting with President-elect Trump at Trump Towers and is humbled by the job offer but he will not take a position in President-elect Trump’s administration and will instead stay in the U.S. Senate.

The grandson and great-grandson of immigrants, Manchin — taken from the Italian “Mancini” — calls his delicate walk between his party and his own identity a journey of “balance” and “common sense.” And he attributes his success to his small-town upbringing and experience as a state legislator, secretary of state and governor dating back to 1982.
