The Appointment of the Superintendent of Education bill, which was set for priority status on special order, will hit the floor for debate. The NDAA Nullification bill has been blocked by a minority report.

The bill that would allow concealed weapons permit holders to carry firearms into bars and restaurants has also been blocked by a minority report.

The early voting bill has been blocked by a minority report, as well.
